Jagas Dental Trading is a company inline in distribution and production of brand new and refurbished dental equipments in the Philippines through importation. We are currently in need immediately of:

Job Position: PRODUCTION MANAGER

Description of Work: Manage, monitor, and supervise the overall production process of the company by providing production control (the sequencing of jobs, updating time schedules, setting standards etc) quality control, production schedule, working out human and materials resources, healthy and safety issues, staffing, and involves in dealing and providing technical service support to the customer and co-worker.

Be able to lead and motivate staff
Good managerial and supervisory skill
Have good communication skills
In depth understanding of production control and quality assurance/control
Be able to prioritize, manage deadlines and make decisions
Capable self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work beyond regular working hours

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or business related courses, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably Male, at least 25 yrs. old
Highly analytical, systematic, organized, flexible, and with leadership skill.
Must be willing to work in Paranaque City
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office Application
