1. Membership Eligibility
The JAGAS Membership Card is available to all dental professionals nationwide. The cardholder acknowledges and agrees to accept the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Benefits of the Membership Card
Benefits are applicable at any time of purchase, excluding instances when the products are already on sale. They may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. Membership Card holders are entitled to the following benefits:
- 10K discount on purchases worth 100K and above, excluding digital X-ray machines
- 5% discount on purchases below 100K
- 20% discount on service and maintenance
- 20% discount on delivery fees nationwide
3. Card Management
The benefits are exclusive to the cardholder and must be presented physically during purchase or service to avail the exclusive benefits.
The membership card is valid for use at one clinic branch only and cannot be used at any branch operated by the dentist. The cardholder may avail another card from JAGAS upon request.
Lost or stolen membership card must be reported to the customer service. A replacement card will incur a fee of ₱200.00.
4. Changes to Terms and Conditions
JAGAS Medicadenta Corporation reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to cardholders promptly.
