Dental instruments purchased from Jagas may be shipped using courier services arranged by the client. The client is responsible for booking the courier pickup from our branch location.
Delivery and Inspection

Customers must inspect the products immediately upon delivery or installation.
If damage is observed, the customer must:
- Clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Notify Jagas Medicadenta Corporation within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and damaged items when applicable

Rescheduling of Delivery

Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty becomes null and void if:

Service Work Order Policy

- 90-day warranty on services rendered and parts supplied, excluding bulbs, clogged components, or client negligence
Failure to settle payment on the service date may result in a late payment charge of 1.5% per day.
